Chef Josh Elliott reimagines Spanish tapas and izakaya classics at QP Tapas, where passion for the Basque region and Tokyo-style technique come to life. Full-flavors and curiosity fuel an upbeat atmosphere that feels, at once, welcoming and familiar, and someplace exciting and new. Creative cocktails, sake, wine, beer and non-alcoholic cocktails complement the thoughtful cuisine, served inside the lush, first floor atrium of Fountain Lounge at Mayfair House.
