Asados are deeply rooted in South American culture, and a traditional method of cooking meat, especially beef, which entails grilling or barbecuing over an open flame or hot coals. “Asado” encompasses not only the cooking technique but also the social event or gathering where the meal is prepared and enjoyed among friends and family.
Asado Sundays captivate food enthusiasts with a mouthwatering assortment of meats skillfully cooked over open flames, bringing out the rich flavors and smoky aromas that define authentic South American grilling. Guests have the option to choose from two (2) meat selections for $65 or four (4) meat selections for $125 – a feast designed to satisfy the most discerning carnivores.
